IN THE DEEP, by Loreth Anne White. a quick review.

SPOILERS AHEAD

so, I started listening to the Audible version of this book. because I write and have written mystery books, and thrillers, it was easy for me to predict the outcome and the key players.

having said that, I thought the character of Ellie, was well, not a good person at all. but then halfway through the book I fell in love with the character, despite her flaws.

THIS is my first time reading from this author, and I have to say she is very talented. this book is well written, and I absolutely love it.

Ellie is a pill popping drug addict and an alcoholic. she seems to be very self-absorbed, and in my opinion, is extremely naive, pining over Martin {a man she just met.} as soon as martin was introduced, I knew he wasn't who she thought.

at first, I hated Ellie, then later I grew to love her, but when it was all over, I hated it her once again. all and all I highly recommend this book, it's wildly entertaining.

FIVE GLOWING STARS, Loreth Anne White is brilliant.
